She has been dog-friendly since entering our care, but we are unsure how she would do with felines. Valentina would love to live in an active household that will include her in their adventures. An ideal adopter will continue her training and build her confidence. If you are looking for a good girl, come and meet Valentina!

Meet Provolone! We cannot help but wonder why this guy is so sad. Is it because he is in a shelter all (prov)alone? Or because he was a stray and misses his family? Why they are not looking for him is just un-brie-lievable! Provolone is estimated to be a 2 to 3-year-old Lab/Pit. This handsome guy came to us as a stray and is now waiting patiently for his forever home. Provolone has been dog-friendly while in our care and would do well in a home with adults or older children. We are unsure if he is friendly with felines, but we can provide you with information to facilitate a proper introduction. I know it sounds cheesy, but we think this guy is really grate!
Remi is a 10-month-old male Shepherd-x. He has been dog-friendly while in our care and with the previous owners, but he will need a dog that can match his energy. He would do best in a home with adults or older children who will continue his training. Remi lived with felines previously, but would benefit from a slow introduction and a confident feline friend.
Pookie and Boo Boo are the cutest twosome around! They're like an old married couple, taking care of each other and snuggling together. At approximately 9-year-old they have been together a long time! These Schnoodles (Schnauzer/Poodle mixes) - Boo Boo is a neutered male, and Pookie a spayed female - were found lost and bedraggled. We found out that their owner had recently passed away, which is heartbreaking, but they have been able to cope knowing they have each other, and we would like to keep it that way. This bonded pair are very friendly and gentle, and still have a lot of spunk left in them! If you're looking for a pair to spice up your home, come and meet this duo!
Chai is estimated to be a 1-year-old female DSH Tortie. This little lady came to us as a stray and shut down quickly in the shelter environment. Chai is currently in a foster home, where she is making progress daily. She loves to snuggle with people and her dog friend in the home. Chai would make a perfect addition to a calm household with adults or older children that will allow her time to settle in. She could live with a respectful dog or cat as long as they welcome her with open paws.
Are you wondering if we still have kittens? We do; kitten season is not over yet! Here are some of the kittens that are currently available. Some are bonded pairs that need to go home together (double the fun - with a discount for adopting two!), and some can go solo!

Nala is a 2-year-old female Husky. She has been dog-friendly while in our care and with her previous owners. Bambi is an adult rabbit who came to us as a transfer from Sonoma County Animal Services. He is a gentle boy who would do well in a home with people of any age as long as they know proper rabbit handling. Bambi enjoys his fresh greens and roaming the floor. If you are looking for a nice bun, come and meet Bambi.
Meatball is a bit of a misnomer for this big guy. He's not brown, or round, and we found out he doesn't even like meatballs! What he is, though, is a super nice 3-year-old Labrador/Rottweiler mix that weighs in at a whopping 125 pounds! He has been dog-friendly while in our care and with his previous owners. This gentle giant lived with a feline in his previous home and even played with him! If you love big mutts, then don't pass by this Meatball!

Yamilet is a 7-year-old female DSH. Yamilet would do best in a quiet home with adults or older children. Yamilet must be the only cat, and we are unsure if she could live with a canine. She also would not mind being the only animal, and she definitely has more than enough love to go around!
Wilma is estimated to be a 13 to 14-year-old DSH tabby. This little lady came to us as a stray. We realized that Wilma needs to be an only cat, but she's doing well with the gentle dog in her foster home. She needs daily meds for hyperthyroidism, but that doesn't slow her down one bit! She loves sleeping on a heating pad or in a ray of sunshine and sitting in the window watching the birds. Wilma is a gentle soul looking for her retirement home!
Best Friend is estimated to be a 6-year-old male DSH. According to Best Friend's foster mom, he is not fond of other animals (at all), but he will win people over in no time. He loves to snuggle next to you, and he will beg for attention all day long! If you have a home with no other pets and need a new Best Friend, he is here waiting!
Maria Von Trapp is a 1-year-old female DSH. According to Maria's foster mom, she is an absolute love and will win you over in seconds with all her affection. She would do best in a patient home with adults or older children who will respect her boundaries. Maria needs to be the only cat, and we are unsure if she is friendly with canines. However, we can provide the information to do a proper introduction if there is a canine in the home.
Mini Cooper is estimated to be an 11-month-old female Boxer Mix. She has been dog-friendly while in our care and would do well in a home with adults or older children. We are unsure if she is friendly with felines, but we can provide an adopter with the information to facilitate a proper introduction.
Sweet Potato is an adult Cinnamon-x rabbit that came to us from Save a Bunny. This big boy is more like a sensitive potato, but that is okay. He won us over immediately with his gentle and docile temperament, plus he has good looks to match. Sweet Potato would do best in a patient home that will give him time for his true personality to shine!
We do not do fast fashion; we do life-long commitments. Hermes is ready to be your next luxury purchase. Hermes came to us as a transfer from Save a Bunny. Hermes is a sweet boy but will need a patient home to give him time to open up. If you love designer things, come down and meet Hermes!
All this nice weather has Snowy howling for summertime adventures. At 2.5 years old, this handsome Husky has plenty of energy for someone looking for a hiking, running, camping, or travel buddy. Snowy might enjoy an active dog friend, but no cats, please! If you're an experienced Husky owner looking for a new addition, Snowy is eager to meet you!
Nugget and Boo Boo are 1.5-year-old Guinea Pig sisters. They are timid but are getting better and better with hand feeding. They enjoy exploring the floor in their x-pen and cuddling up in their bed together. These two are bonded and must go together, so if you have space in your home for a precious duo, these are the girls for you! 12/10/23 12:32 AM
Love being greeted by squeals of joy? Guinea pigs make the noisiest welcoming committee! And they always know when the refrigerator is being opened. They squeak, squeal and chirp for attention and food. Veruca and Matchbox are no exception! These bonded piggies, a neutered male and female are guessed to be about a year old and are fairly calm and social. With their fondness for fresh herbs for treats you will soon have them eating out of your hand! We have this pair and another available for adoption. Apply online and then we'll schedule a date!
