Sweet Little Thing Seeks Kind Companion

Sweet Little Thing Seeks Kind Companion

Personality – Shy at first until she knows you, then will be your shadow and constant companion. Very sweet, not aggressive at all with animals or people of any age, is assertive about getting affection but not a licker. Only time she barks is if someone is coming to your door, but not for long.
Sociability – She is very timid around animals who are aggressive or overeager. If the animal is mellow, she will be curious. Totally fine with cats. I considered getting her a kitten so she could have a friend.
Activities – Lounging around together, getting petted, going on walks, sprinting occasionally, eating good food.
Training – Never goes far from home even if gate is open, comes when she’s called, scratches at door when she needs to go outside to relieve herself (unless in unfamiliar place), very tolerant of baths, grooming, nail clipping, teeth brushing, getting dressed up, etc. Tends to jump up on you when welcoming or trying to get affection, used to scratch for attention but has been trained to just rest paws on you while on hind legs. She could use more formal training for commands. Eager to please!
Reason for rehoming – I work full time and she gets too lonely, needs more attention, affection, and walks than I have time for.
